Occasional night shift cover required to support the wider team; no specific rota frequency stated.
This is a full-time senior nursing leadership position at Alma Veterinary Hospital, a growing first-opinion practice in Windsor committed to becoming one of the country’s top small animal clinics. You’ll work alongside the Head Vet and Practice Manager, driving the nursing vision and ensuring the team delivers exceptional patient and client care. The role offers genuine flexibility—38 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Occasional night shift cover may be required to support wider practice needs.
This isn’t just about managing rotas and compliance (though you’ll do plenty of both). You’ll be shaping culture, mentoring a capable nursing team, and playing a key role in how the practice operates and grows. It’s leadership with clinical impact.
