About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ark (Burgess Hill), a single-branch first opinion practice with a strong reputation and loyal client base—many of whom are signed up to the practice’s Healthy Pet Club. You’ll work as part of a collaborative small animal team in a welcoming environment where clinical growth is genuinely valued.

The role is part-time with flexible hours to suit your needs. Participation in the Saturday morning rota is required. You’ll benefit from excellent work-life balance and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide small animal first opinion veterinary care to a loyal clientele
  • Work cases up thoroughly, supported by a capable nursing team
  • Contribute to the Saturday morning rota as required
  • Engage with the practice’s Healthy Pet Club members and their preventative care needs
  • Collaborate with the Head Nurse and team of RVNs and patient care assistants

Requirements

  • Qualified veterinary surgeon (RCVS registered)
  • Experience in small animal practice preferred
