About the Role

Creature Comforts is reshaping veterinary care through a membership-based model that prioritises seamless access, continuity of care, and genuine connection. As Membership Executive at the West Hampstead clinic, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—building relationships with members, attracting new sign-ups, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to making veterinary care joyful and personal.

This is a full-time permanent role where you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales & Memberships and the wider clinic team. You’ll balance independent initiative with collaborative teamwork, driving local membership growth through direct outreach, community engagement, and thoughtful relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new membership sales in partnership with the Director of Sales & Memberships
  • Develop and execute local outreach and community engagement initiatives to increase clinic visibility
  • Manage the clinic waitlist, nurturing prospects through to membership sign-up
  • Organise and host clinic tours, open days, and local events to attract potential members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members through retention and reactivation campaigns
  • Collaborate with local brand ambassadors for lead generation
  • Act as a consistent, trusted contact for members, working closely with the clinic team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyse membership performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all member touchpoints

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or membership experience, ideally in a client-facing or service-led environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Freshsales)
  • Warm, engaging communication style with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and stay self-motivated
  • Strong multitasking capability and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in start-ups, subscription-based businesses, or hyper-local marketing is desirable but not essential
