East Neuk Veterinary Clinic

One Saturday per month, 08:30–12:30. No overnight or out-of-hours shifts mentioned.
Join East Neuk Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Receptionist on an 11-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice, managing the client journey from first contact through to departure. This part-time role offers genuine flexibility—you’ll choose between a 3 or 4-day working week depending on what suits your lifestyle best, with a manageable rota that includes just one Saturday per month (four hours).
Nestled in the picturesque village of St Monans on Fife’s East Neuk, the clinic sits surrounded by stunning beaches, scenic coastal trails, and charming local cafes. Despite the peaceful countryside setting, you’re just an hour from Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Dundee, so urban excitement is always within reach.
East Neuk Veterinary Clinic is a busy general practice and orthopaedic referral centre serving the Fife community. The clinic treats dogs, cats and small pets, providing both primary care and specialist orthopaedic referrals. Part of the IVC Evidensia group—a leading veterinary care provider across the UK—the practice benefits from robust support systems, professional development opportunities through the IVC Evidensia Academy, and a collaborative team culture.
The practice operates a rolling rota system with shifts typically running 08:30–17:30 or 10:00–19:00 (33 hours per week spread across your chosen 3 or 4 days), plus one Saturday per month from 08:30–12:30. A one-hour lunch break is included each day.
