Registered Veterinary Nurse – Small Animal

About the Role

You’ll join Hall Place Veterinary Centre’s supportive small animal nursing team in beautiful Marlow countryside. The practice operates a purpose-built main site with dedicated facilities, plus two smaller branch practices and a nearby sister practice (Cherry Tree Vets), giving you genuine variety in your clinical work and the chance to broaden your experience across different settings.

This is a full-time permanent role where you’ll be actively encouraged to work to your full potential across the full spectrum of nursing care—from theatre and anaesthesia to nurse clinics and specialist procedures. The team prioritises high clinical standards and values each nurse’s hands-on contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Radiography and diagnostic imaging support
• Theatre nursing, anaesthesia monitoring, and recovery care
• Dental nursing and support for specialist procedures (laparoscopic spays, orthopaedic surgery)
• In-patient and post-operative care management
• Running your own nurse clinics
• Kennel and cattery management across the practice sites
• Contributing to high clinical standards in a multi-site environment

Requirements

• Current RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Passion for animal welfare and high-quality nursing care
• Proactive, motivated approach to professional development
• Ability to work across multiple practice sites
