An exciting opportunity has opened at Mead Vet Centre, a 24-hour independent practice in Dartford, Kent, for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a medicine focus. You’ll be joining a progressive, friendly team that’s well-equipped with modern facilities and genuinely invested in your professional growth.
This full-time role offers flexibility: work 40 hours per week across either 4 days or 3 days per week on 12-hour shifts, with a 1:4 weekend rota (time back in lieu the following week). You’ll see a varied and interesting caseload whilst working alongside certificate holders specialising in surgery, exotics, medicine, endodontics, imaging and more. The area boasts fantastic transport links, and team morale is consistently high.
The practice is genuinely committed to your progression—expect quarterly reviews to discuss your caseload, equipment needs, and career direction, plus exceptional CPD support and certificate sponsorship.
