About the Role

Medivet Camberwell 24hr Hospital is recruiting a Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated, supportive team in their well-equipped, busy facility. This permanent part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your nursing skills across medical, surgical, and ECC work, supported by a dedicated night veterinary surgeon. You’ll be working with a wide and complex caseload in a hospital equipped with CT suite, two surgical theatres, ultrasound, and endoscopy facilities.

The working pattern is 7 nights on, 14 nights off on a rolling basis – giving you genuine time away from the hospital. You’ll be based in Camberwell, a sophisticated South London hub just minutes from Denmark Hill’s direct rail links. The area combines a high-calibre work environment with the greenery of Ruskin Park and a thriving food scene, making it an exceptional location for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, including nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities
• Support consults, surgeries, and procedures whilst maintaining all regulatory, practice, and operational standards
• Monitor patients and manage admissions and discharges
• Provide exceptional client care in a busy 24-hour environment
• Work collaboratively within a supportive night nursing team

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
