Key Responsibilities

• Lead the practice day-to-day, making clinical and business decisions aligned with your vision
• Mentor and develop the supporting team, building a culture that attracts quality staff
• Deliver high-quality small animal care to an established client base
• Collaborate with nearby partners in the regional network, sharing cases and expertise
• Work with Medivet’s support team on HR, payroll, marketing, and operational compliance
• Build and grow the clinic’s potential whilst maintaining clinical standards

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with a valid RCVS registration
• Ambition and leadership drive—you want to own and grow your own practice
• Passion for high-quality care and strong client relationships
• No prior business ownership required—clinical expertise and vision matter most
• Desire to be part of a collaborative, supportive partner community
