About the Role

Join Medivet Littlehampton and Medivet Rustington as a Veterinary Surgeon delivering high-quality small animal care in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours per week) split between two local practices, with some weekend work but zero on-call or bank holiday shifts—a rare find in modern practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care across consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining highest standards of regulatory and operational compliance
• Develop individualised treatment plans in partnership with clients
• Work collaboratively within a supportive veterinary team across both Littlehampton and Rustington sites
• Contribute to the professional development of Medivet’s clinical communities
• Maintain patient care standards and ensure exceptional client service

Requirements

• Qualified MRCVS (or eligible to register)
• Genuine passion for clinical excellence and client care

• Salary: £55,000 per year
