About the Role

You’ll join Medivet’s Rightwell East practice in Bretton, Peterborough, as a clinical veterinary surgeon delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment. This is a structured 40-hour role spread across four days per week, which includes a share of Saturday morning duties—so you get genuine weekday flexibility without the all-hours chaos.

The practice values exceptional client and patient care, underpinned by regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You’ll work within a collaborative team where clinical development is actively supported, and you’ll have access to Medivet’s wider clinical communities and in-house resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining full regulatory and practice compliance
• Develop tailored treatment plans with clients and communicate clearly about patient outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Rightwell East team to support continuity of care
• Contribute to the development and knowledge-sharing within Medivet’s clinical communities
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and standards at all times

Requirements

• Qualified MRCVS registration with the RCVS
• Genuine passion for clinical excellence and client care
• Strong collaborative approach and commitment to supporting your team
• Ability to work within regulatory, practice, and operational compliance frameworks
