About the Role

You’ll be joining Medivet’s practice in Flitwick as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, delivering hands-on patient care in a supportive small animal environment. The role centres on patient-focused nursing—from nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities to supporting consults, surgeries, and procedures. You’ll manage admissions and discharges, provide ongoing patient monitoring, and work closely with a collaborative team that genuinely values what you bring to the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities within regulatory and practice standards
• Provide comprehensive patient monitoring and care throughout hospitalisation
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and post-operative care
• Support veterinary surgeons during consultations, surgeries, and clinical procedures
• Deliver excellent client communication and care throughout the patient journey
• Work collaboratively within the practice team to maintain high operational standards

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
