About the Role

You’ll be joining Medivet Biggin Hill as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, delivering high-quality clinical care in a role that genuinely supports your career development. This is a 4-day working week position based at the Biggin Hill practice, with a 1-in-5 weekend rota shared across Medivet Beckenham’s 24-hour facility, plus some bank holiday and on-call duties. You’ll be at the heart of the nursing team, leading nurse-led appointments and supporting vets through procedures whilst maintaining exceptional standards of patient and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes
• Support veterinary surgeons during surgical procedures and complex consultations
• Manage patient monitoring, admissions, and discharges to the highest clinical standards
• Maintain full compliance with RCVS standards, practice protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients and clients at every interaction
• Work collaboratively within the nursing and clinical team to maintain continuity of care

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse (essential)
• Demonstrable passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
• Team player with strong communication and collaborative approach
• Commitment to maintaining highest regulatory and operational standards
