About the Role

This is a full-time Head RVN position based at Rightwell East in Bretton, Peterborough, offering the chance to step into a genuine leadership role within a professional nursing team. You’ll combine hands-on patient care with meaningful mentorship, leading nurse-led appointments, supporting surgeries and procedures, and directly developing your nursing colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through nurse-led appointments, scheduled activities, and support during consults, surgeries and procedures—always meeting regulatory and operational standards
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing monitoring with clinical excellence
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and professional development to the nursing team, inspiring colleagues to deliver their best work
• Maintain high standards of client communication and care throughout all interactions

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with proven experience in delivering exceptional patient and client care
• Confident leadership experience and genuine ability to motivate and develop colleagues
• Passion for nursing excellence and continuous professional development
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative clinical team
