  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Benefits

  • Professional memberships funded (RCVS and VDS)
  • CPD and further studies encouraged—your clinical growth is a priority
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the opportunity to buy or sell up to 2 weeks annually
  • 1 additional long service day each year (up to 5 years)
  • Workplace pension scheme

  • Mental health first aiders and 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Maternity/Adoption Pay: 10 weeks full pay and 10 weeks half pay
  • Paternity Pay and Shared Parental Leave
  • Fertility and pregnancy loss policy
  • Cycle to work scheme (save 25-39% on bikes and accessories)
  • Discounted pet treatments and products
  • Benefits hub with discounts on groceries, gym memberships, technology, and entertainment
  • In-practice performance bonus scheme
