About the Practice

Oxford Vet Clinic represents the evolution of Oxford Cat Clinic, an independent, family-run practice established in 2006 that has become Oxford’s go-to choice for feline care. Following an extensive renovation, the Marston branch now welcomes all small animals while maintaining the exceptional clinical standards, thoughtful handling protocols, and calm, compassionate approach the practice is known for. The sister practice, Oxford Cat Clinic in Botley, remains 100% feline-focused with specialist facilities. Both sites are proudly independent, locally managed, and led by a hands-on leadership team actively involved in the clinic every day.

The nursing team is led by Lead RVN Phebie, who is currently completing a CertAVN in Medical Nursing, and includes RVN Shalayna with strong anaesthesia expertise. The veterinary team is led by Clinical Lead Shivana (with a certificate in small animal surgery and advancing orthopaedic skills), alongside Anna (completing a certificate in ophthalmology) and Matilde (with a particular interest in dermatology). The practice actively encourages CPD, supports further qualifications, and fosters a genuinely collaborative culture where daily team huddles keep communication open and every team member’s contribution is valued.
