About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Isle of Wight hub’s nursing team at a state-of-the-art hospital serving a busy small animal practice. You’ll be working within a well-established department of 13 nurses, supported by 14 vets and 13 receptionists who together create a strong collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence. The hospital is equipped with cutting-edge facilities including 6 anaesthetic stations, laparoscopic kit, ECG, ultrasound, digital X-ray, CT scanner, fibre optic endoscopes, and a dedicated dental suite. You’ll also have support from 3 fully equipped branch clinics that manage their own cases until overnight transfers.

This role comes with genuine career progression—the practice is proud of its commitment to nurse development, and there are clear pathways into leadership, management, and specialist roles across the wider CVS group, including opportunities in referral practice, equine, or remote-based positions.
