Weekend rota participation required. Dedicated OOH team handles overnight cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Isle of Wight hub’s nursing team at a state-of-the-art hospital serving a busy small animal practice. You’ll be working within a well-established department of 13 nurses, supported by 14 vets and 13 receptionists who together create a strong collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence. The practice offers flexible hours—up to 40 hours per week available—so you can discuss whether full-time or part-time work suits you best. Weekend rota participation is required, though you’ll benefit from a dedicated out-of-hours team handling overnight cover.

You’ll also have support from 3 fully equipped branch clinics that manage their own cases until overnight transfers.
This role comes with genuine career progression—the practice is proud of its commitment to nurse development, and there are clear pathways into leadership, management, and specialist roles across the wider CVS group, including opportunities in referral practice, equine, or remote-based positions.
