You’ll be the first point of contact for pet owners in genuine need, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they walk through the door or call. Working as part of a busy reception team at PDSA Oldbury, you’ll juggle client check-ins, telephone enquiries, and the admin that keeps things running smoothly—all while staying calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position running for 3–6 months, with a varied shift pattern including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
PDSA has been providing vital veterinary care for pets of people in financial hardship for over a century, and the team at Oldbury is part of that mission. You’ll work alongside colleagues who are genuinely passionate about helping both pets and their owners.
