Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive theatre cleaning and decontamination procedures between cases to meet stringent infection control standards
  • Handle patient movement, clipping, and surgical preparation as required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues before they become problems
  • Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Professional, can-do approach with a positive attitude to learning
  • Previous theatre experience is desirable but not essential—if you have the right attitude, we’ll train you

Desirable

  • Knowledge of theatre practice and surgical protocols
  • Good sense of humour
  • UK driving licence

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of up to £25,396 per annum
  • 6.6 weeks annual leave
  • Additional annual leave for your birthday
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies including maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental, and surrogacy pay
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Discounted staff pet care
  • Learning and development opportunities through the IVC Evidensia Academy
