PangoVet.com is hiring experienced, empathetic Veterinarians to join our UK-friendly telehealth platform. Working entirely online via video consultation, you'll provide real clinical value to pet owners who need trusted guidance fast, whether that's triaging a worrying symptom, walking through a treatment plan, or simply helping an anxious owner feel more confident about their pet's health.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carrying out video consultations to assess pet health, triage symptoms, and advise owners on the right course of action
- Developing personalised treatment and care plans, including prescribing appropriate therapies where applicable
- Guiding pet owners through at-home care, nutrition, and preventive health in a way that's practical and easy to follow
- Identifying cases that require escalation to an in-person vet or emergency services, and communicating this clearly to owners
- Maintaining thorough, accurate consultation records in line with professional standards
What We're Looking For
- A recognised veterinary degree (BVSc, BVetMed, or international equivalent)
- Current registration with the RCVS (or eligibility to register)
- Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to put worried pet owners at ease
- Comfortable working with straightforward digital tools (we currently conduct all consultations via Zoom)
- Experience in clinical practice is essential; any background in telehealth, remote consulting, or client education is a real advantage
