🕐 Schedule & Rota

No on-call duties. Weekend day shifts worked on a 1:5 rota (currently 1:10); shared bank holiday day shift rota. Minimal on-call coverage transitioning to zero as dedicated night team launches at Melton Mowbray in April 2026.

  • Strong clinical skills with ability to interpret diagnostics and manage varied small animal cases
  • Commitment to high standards of care and client service
  • Team player who enjoys supporting others, building culture, and leading with empathy and clarity
