Trinity Vet Centre is looking for an experienced small animal and exotic veterinary surgeon to join their growing team in Maidstone. This is a genuine opportunity for career progression, with the possibility to step into a Lead Vet position as the practice develops. You’ll work a sensible 40-hour week spread across 4 days with one regular day off—no gruelling on-call rotas or out-of-hours commitments.
The role involves daytime work (8am–6:30pm) with Saturday cover on a 1 in 3 rota, but absolutely no overnight shifts or on-call duties. The practice is flexible and open to discussing part-time or adjusted shift patterns that suit your circumstances.
Trinity Vet Centre is a small animal and exotic practice serving Maidstone and the South East. The practice combines modern facilities with a genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and professional growth. With separate exotic and small animal areas, including a purpose-built reptile ward, the practice is well-equipped to deliver comprehensive care across a range of species.
