About the Role

You’ll be joining Uxbridge Vets for Pets at an exciting moment—this purpose-built practice opens its doors in March 2026, giving you the rare chance to influence its culture and direction from the very beginning. This is a full-time position working around 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, with Saturday shifts on a fair 1-in-2 rota (9am–5pm). There’s no out-of-hours commitment, making this ideal if you value your evenings and nights.

You’ll work in a light, spacious, and air-conditioned environment designed with both clinical excellence and colleague wellbeing in mind. The practice is equipped with digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring, in-house laboratory (haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis), microscope, separate cat and dog wards, dedicated theatre, prep area, isolation room, and modern consult rooms. The layout has been carefully planned to support smooth workflow, excellent clinical care, and a comfortable experience for clients and their pets.

Uxbridge offers a lively, well-connected setting with good transport links—West Drayton and Uxbridge stations are both nearby, giving easy access to central London and beyond. The surrounding area includes The Pavilions and Intu shopping centres, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of green spaces like Cowley Recreation Ground and Colne Valley Regional Park, perfect for walks with your own pets.
