Veteris
Apply before: Mar 14, 2026
Role is day shift, Monday to Friday only—no out-of-hours or overnight responsibilities.
Veteris operates a dynamic network of emergency and urgent care services across London, including a triage operation, mobile veterinary unit, and 24/7 hospital facility in Shoreditch. This is a full-time, non-clinical operations role based in London, working Monday to Friday day shifts. You’ll join the existing Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Veteris Mobile and Veteris Shoreditch teams, bridging clinical excellence with operational excellence.
This is a pivotal position for someone looking to transition from clinical veterinary work into leadership and management. Your mission is straightforward: create the systems, processes, and culture that allow three distinct business units to operate independently and efficiently, delivering exceptional care to emergency patients.
Veteris is a dynamic, forward-thinking emergency pet care provider operating across London. The organisation comprises three distinct but interconnected business units: a telephone triage team, Veteris Mobile (mobile emergency response), and Veteris Shoreditch (24/7 urgent and emergency hospital). Founded on a human-centric philosophy, Veteris places strong emphasis on teamwork, operational excellence, and delivering top-quality care to pets in emergency situations.
The company is on a growth trajectory, with plans to expand and integrate new business units. Leadership values structured operations, process innovation, and a workplace culture that balances clinical excellence with staff wellbeing. This is an opportunity to help shape the operational foundations of an ambitious, values-driven veterinary organisation.
