You’ll lead a brand-new, modern practice space within a bustling Pet Care Centre on The Peel Centre, positioned for high visibility and easy client access just off the A709. From day one, you’ll have the independence to drive clinical and operational decisions while benefiting from the security and support of a network spanning over 440 locally owned practices across the UK.

The ownership model is designed with flexibility in mind: sole ownership requires a £20,000 personal investment, whilst partnership reduces this to £10,000 per partner. You’ll enjoy a two-year loan repayment holiday to establish your practice, followed by 100% profit twice-annual dividends once repayment begins. This full-time role combines entrepreneurial freedom with financial stability, allowing you to grow your practice at your own pace.

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with relevant experience in small animal practice
• Proven ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to build and lead a practice
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to animal welfare
• Business acumen or willingness to develop it with network support
