1:6 weekend rota. Shift times between 7am and 9pm on a rota basis.
You’ll be joining an exceptional multidisciplinary nursing team at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service, one of the world’s leading small animal referral hospitals. Rather than specialising in one area, you’ll rotate through multiple disciplines—cardiology, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and primary care—giving you breadth of experience and genuine variety in every working week. This full-time position works an average of 38 hours per week on a rota with shift times between 7am and 9pm, including a manageable 1:6 weekend share.

Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service is one of the world’s leading small animal referral hospitals, delivering exceptional pet healthcare for over 30 years. Based in Solihull with state-of-the-art facilities, the practice employs over 250 associates working in a multidisciplinary environment led by internationally-renowned specialists. Service teams span orthopaedics, neurology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, clinical nutrition, oncology, soft tissue surgery, cardiology, dermatology, Emergency and Critical Care, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, and physiotherapy.
The hospital features on-site Siemens 64-slice CT and 1.5T MRI, two in-theatre mobile image intensifiers, digital radiography suites, ultrasonography, electro diagnostics, and video endoscopy.
