About the Role

This Practice Owner role is built for an experienced vet who wants the freedom to shape their own practice with support behind the scenes. You will have clinical and operational autonomy, with the chance to define your clinical journey, client relationships and team culture.

The model gives you ownership from day one, alongside expert guidance, brand recognition and financial support. The advert also highlights a thriving community of fellow practitioners and business owners, plus social events when calendars align.

A new practice is planned for Ashby de la Zouch, a charming market town in Leicestershire within easy reach of Leicester, Birmingham and Nottingham. The practice will be based inside an existing Pet Care Centre and is expected to be up and running within around nine months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your own practice with clinical and operational autonomy.

• Work with support teams to establish and grow the practice.
• Help develop a new practice within an existing Pet Care Centre.

Requirements

• You must be an experienced vet.
• You should be ready to take on practice ownership.
• You will need to be comfortable combining clinical work with the responsibilities of ownership.

About the Practice

The employer is Ashby-de-la-Zouch Vets. The advert describes a unique ownership model that gives vets the chance to run their own practice with support from the wider team. It is presented as part of a community of fellow practitioners and business owners.

The new practice will be created within a mezzanine space inside an existing Pet Care Centre. Planned facilities include three consult rooms, a prep area and theatre, X-ray, pharmacy, laboratory, separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas, an isolation ward, office and a fully branded reception area.
