About the Practice
Bilton Veterinary Centre has been established at its Rugby location for over 50 years. Originally known as Furber and Lloyd-Griffiths, it became The Bilton Veterinary Centre in 2001. The practice transitioned from mixed animal care to specialise exclusively in small animal medicine in 2009, allowing the team to provide a high standard of dedicated care to companion animals.
The practice is part of IVC Evidensia, a leading veterinary group. Bilton operates from a modern, purpose-built facility featuring five consulting rooms, separate waiting areas and wards for cats, dogs, and other small animals, two fully equipped sterile theatres, dedicated dental and treatment areas, and advanced clinical equipment including digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound with Doppler, in-house laboratory facilities, and comprehensive monitoring systems. The team comprises seven veterinary surgeons and nine registered veterinary nurses, supported by strong administrative and reception staff. Team members actively pursue further professional certifications in areas such as surgery and internal medicine.
