Bishop's Stortford Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Head Veterinary Nurse to help guide the nursing team through an exciting period of change. The hospital is independent, RCVS-accredited, and has been caring for pets in Hertfordshire for more than 120 years, with a brand-new purpose-built hospital due to take shape over the next 10 to 12 months.
You will join a friendly, highly experienced team that manages most cases in-house, including soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics. The role is collaborative by nature, with support from an established Deputy Head Nurse and alternating shifts so there is always senior nursing support within the hospital.
This is a leadership role for an RVN who enjoys supporting colleagues, developing others and helping maintain high standards of patient care while the practice moves into its next chapter.
