Croft Vets is recruiting an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their expanding team following a valued colleague's relocation. This is a full-time or part-time role based across two sites in Bolsover and Sheffield, offering the rare combination of work-life balance and clinical variety in a small animal practice that genuinely prioritises team wellbeing.
You'll work a four-day week with a set day off and a 1-in-5 Saturday rota, meaning predictable time for rest and recovery. Consultations are allocated 15 minutes with protected admin and coffee breaks built in, so you're not rushing between appointments. The practice has invested in high-standard equipment and supports a good mix of routine consultations and surgery days.
