Harbour Veterinary Group is a small animal practice in Waterlooville, Hampshire, providing compassionate care to dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals. This is a full-time position working 40 hours across 4 days (8:30am to 6:30pm), with no night shifts or out-of-hours on-call. You'll work weekends on a rota basis and one bank holiday per year, with flexible working available to suit your needs.
As Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you'll lead a dedicated nursing team, supporting RVNs, SVNs, and PCAs as they progress through their careers. You'll foster a positive, collaborative culture while assisting with the daily operations of a practice that values both patient care and staff wellbeing.
