This Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover position in a small animal practice. It is full-time, 40 hours per week, with only 1 in 5 Saturdays and time off in lieu.
You will be based at Celtic Veterinary Centre in Cardiff, and the team is moving into a brand-new, purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art facilities. The role offers the chance to use your nursing skills fully while working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.
Celtic Veterinary Centre in Cardiff is part of CVS. The practice is described as a friendly, experienced and supportive team, with 5 Veterinary Surgeons including certificate holders in Dentistry, Ophthalmology and Internal Medicine, plus 3 RVNs, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, 1 PCA and 4 Receptionists.
The team is moving into a new purpose-built site featuring separate dog and cat wards, two modern operating theatres, a dedicated dental suite with dental radiography, and purpose-designed clinical and colleague areas.
