Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse

About the Role

This Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse position is based at Active Vetcare Summerleaze in Maidenhead, within a first opinion small animal practice. The contract is a 9 month fixed term appointment, with full time or part time hours available and ideally 40 hours a week.

You will be joining a friendly, collaborative team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. CVS also says there is support for development, hands on training and guidance, and the role can accommodate specific interests such as consulting nurse work or anaesthesia.

• Take part in ongoing learning, development and training through CVS and the practice.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and reassurance to their owners.

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Nurse.
• A dedicated and caring approach to patient and client care.
• Confidence in communication, both written and verbal.
• Interest in areas such as consulting nurse or anaesthesia is welcomed and can be supported.
