About the Role

This is a Registered Veterinary Nurse opportunity at Ayres Veterinary Centre in North Shields Hospital, Newcastle. You will be part of a team of 16, including nine nurses, SVN’s and PCA’s, working together to deliver excellent clinical standards and patient care.

The rota is 37.5 hours a week, with 1 in 4 weekends included in the weekly hours. You are also expected to take part in the OOH rota. If you are looking for a different pattern, the practice asks you to get in touch.

Ayres is a purpose-built hospital that opened in July 2024, with advanced imaging including CT and 24-hour patient care with overnight vet and nurse provision.

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Nurse status.
