You'll join Donnington Grove's small animal team as a surgical lead, taking the helm on orthopaedic and soft tissue advanced procedures. This is a full-time role working four days a week, with OOH duties shared evenly across a large team (currently 1 in 15 nights and 1 in 7 weekends, though the practice is open to flexible arrangements). The practice generates a wide variety of interesting surgical cases and maintains overnight facilities for post-operative care.

Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is a leading equine, farm, and small animal practice based in Newbury, serving the borders of Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire. The small animal division operates with 17 vets and is part of Inspiring Vet Care, a values-led group united by a shared purpose of happier animals and happier owners.
The practice is equipped with advanced surgical facilities including TTA and TPLO capability, Storz laparoscopy and arthroscopy equipment, and endoscopy systems.
