This Mixed Veterinary Surgeon role is based in Wick and offers a genuinely varied caseload across small animal, farm animal and equine work. The practice is looking for a vet with at least one or two years of experience who enjoys the variety that mixed practice brings.
The working day runs from 8.45am to 5.30pm, with a full hour for lunch. Small animal consultations are 15 minutes and there is additional time in the diary for client communication. Any work still outstanding at 5.30pm is handed over to the on call team, and the current shared out of hours rota is one in five with a day off in lieu.
