This Float Registered Veterinary Nurse position is built for someone who enjoys changing environments and working with different teams. You will cover clinics across Central, South, East, North and West London, as well as parts of Essex, with shifts allocated alongside the locum coordinator team to match rota gaps and keep travel manageable.
The rota is flexible and can be explored across 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. You will experience a mix of settings, from RCVS accredited hospitals with specialists through to multi vet and small sole charge clinics. A regular Saturday rotation is part of the role, along with an average of Sunday shifts throughout the year. Sundays and bank holidays are worked at your nearest 24-hour hospital.
Alongside general nursing duties, the role includes clinical work, supporting reception duties, and helping guide student nurses. The position offers job security, a fixed monthly income, and the option to take extra shifts if desired.
