Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

About the Role

This is a small animal veterinary surgeon role with a busy independent first opinion practice in North Staffordshire. It would suit a vet with around 1 to 3 years' experience who is ready to take the next step, develop clinical confidence and enjoy a varied caseload in a supportive, welcoming team.

You will handle routine and complex consultations as well as surgical cases, with the chance to work with a good degree of independence while still having support around you. The practice focuses on affordable quality care, and its positive working relationships and supportive ethos are highlighted as reasons many staff stay for years.

The rota is full time, with a 4 day week, one fixed full day off each week, and a share of the weekend rota. Sundays are inpatient only as the practice is closed.
