About the Role
This is a lead role within Global Business Services, focused on data, reporting and analytics across IVC Evidensia. You’ll own the data and analytics capabilities for GBS, supporting accurate reporting, strong governance and decision-making based on reliable insights.
The role brings together data quality, KPI and SLA reporting, dashboard development and cross-functional stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with Genpact, GBS Global Process Owners, Business Partners, operational tower leads and colleagues across finance, legal and IT, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the GBS data landscape, tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve data from multiple internal and external sources, then clean, validate and transform it into a usable format.
- Use statistical methods and analytical tools to spot trends, patterns and correlations within data sets.
- Design regular and ad-hoc reports using data visualisation techniques to present key metrics clearly.
- Build interactive dashboards in BI tools to support real-time KPI monitoring.
- Develop data models for analysis and reporting, including dimensional modelling.
- Maintain data governance standards, including accuracy and security.
- Work with regional and country CFOs, Group Finance, Genpact and other stakeholders to support reporting delivery.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, IT and other cross-functional teams to improve GBS data integration.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess operational performance and SLA delivery.
- Stay informed about industry best practice and take part in professional networks or associations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with relevant experience in data and analytics.
- At least 3 years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global business services environment.
- Leadership or lead-role experience is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills, including Oracle SQL and or PL/SQL.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher and potentially Financial Reporting Studio.
- Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements for financial information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
