This full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position is based at Crown Vets Fort William, where you will be part of a friendly and experienced team in a well-established mixed practice. The role centres on a varied small animal caseload, with optional involvement in farm and equine work, plus the chance to support weekly outreach clinics that take care out to more remote areas.
You will be joining a practice that places a strong focus on patient care, nurse development, preventative healthcare, dentistry and nutrition. The setting also includes a positive, sociable team culture and a focus on being a fear-free practice.
Crown Vets Fort William is a well-established mixed practice with an experienced team of 8 vets, 3 RVNs and a wider support team. It treats dogs, cats and small pets, farm animals and equine cases, with a varied small animal caseload at the core of the role.
The practice has invested in Class IV Laser Therapy, an Edan multi-parameter monitor, HT Vista non-invasive skin cancer screening and advanced DRX imaging. It also runs weekly outreach clinics for clients in more remote areas, and the team has a clear focus on preventative healthcare, dentistry, nutrition and fear-free practice.
