This is a permanent small animal veterinary surgeon role based at St George's Vets in Fallings Park, Wolverhampton. The position offers real flexibility around location, working hours and caseload, so you can shape the role around what suits you best.
A typical full-time week is 40 hours across 4 weekdays, plus a shared Saturday rota. There is no out of hours or on-call at any of the sites, and the right candidate may also spend one day a week at the main Wolverhampton Hospital, which is due to move into a new purpose-built hospital in late 2027.
The practice is equipped with a wide range of modern kit, including operating theatres, Idexx labs, ultrasound, dental X-ray, a CT scanner, digital X-ray, digital microscope and endoscope. You will be joining a strong clinical team that includes certificate holders and advanced practitioners, supported by skilled nurses and dedicated support staff.
