You'll join Hollygate Veterinary Clinic as a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon in their established Belfast practice. This is a role built on clinical autonomy: you'll manage a varied first-opinion caseload with confidence, building lasting relationships with clients and following cases through from presentation to resolution. While much of your day involves sole charge work, you're never truly alone. Clinical Directors remain actively involved, providing regular in-person support and mentorship, and experienced colleagues are always available when needed.
This position comes with real ownership. Your clients are loyal and place enormous trust in the team, and you'll be encouraged to recognise opportunities to progress cases, create treatment plans, and deliver excellent continuity of care.
