This is a flexible, full-time or part-time position at Paxton Vets, a two-site small animal practice established over 60 years ago in South London. You'll deliver high-standard patient and client care across a varied caseload, working collaboratively with an engaged clinical team. The practice operates a 1-in-7 Saturday rota (9am to 5pm with time off in lieu), with flexible weekday hours available: standard 5-day week (8:30 to 5pm, 10:00 to 6:30pm, or 11:00 to 7:30pm on rotation), or a 4-day week (8:30 to 7pm or 9:00 to 7:30pm). There's genuine flexibility to suit your lifestyle while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
Both sites are well-equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, modern laboratory facilities, and high-standard inpatient care equipment. The practice has deep roots in the local community, supporting local charities and maintaining continuity of care that clients value. You'll continue developing your clinical interests while mentoring colleagues and contributing positively to the practice culture.
