1-in-4 Saturday mornings (9am to 4pm) or 1-in-10 emergency rota with time off in lieu
This is a chance to join a small animal practice at the heart of a rural Lincolnshire community. You'll work across a varied and rewarding caseload, with 40 hours spread over 4 days. Your typical week includes 15-minute consultations from 9-11am, operating theatre time, lunch, and then afternoon surgeries from 3-6pm. Weekend commitments are manageable: either 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (9am to 4pm) or part of the emergency rota at 1-in-10 frequency with time off in lieu. The practice is backed by South Lincs Vet Group's wider network of three other branches plus a main hospital and OOH facility in Sutterton, just 18 miles away.
You'll be encouraged to work sole charge as you grow into the role, supported by the main site's clinical expertise and mentorship. This is a role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to develop their clinical skills while contributing meaningfully to the team's culture.
