Join Avonvale Veterinary Practice in Stratford-upon-Avon as Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, leading a talented nursing team in a practice that genuinely values clinical excellence and professional development. This full-time role works 40 hours across 4.5 days, with Saturday mornings on a 1:7 rota—giving you meaningful work-life balance. You'll mentor and support nursing colleagues while enjoying full nurse utilisation yourself, including consults and Schedule 3 procedures.
Your nursing team includes specialists in anaesthesia, emergency and critical care, and behaviour, so you'll be surrounded by passionate clinicians keen to develop their skills. You'll work alongside a Senior Vet and Clinical Nurse Manager, supported by dedicated Patient Care Assistants.
