This is a dedicated night nursing position at Village Vet Hampstead, a 24-hour RCVS-accredited emergency and critical care hospital in North London. You'll take ownership of overnight patient care within a close-knit night team, managing a diverse caseload of emergency surgeries, hospitalised in-patients, and critical cases. The role offers real clinical autonomy while being fully supported by a Lead Night Veterinary Surgeon and the wider senior clinical team.
Annualised hours bring genuine flexibility to your schedule, including the ability to swap night blocks for extended periods of leave, supporting a real work-life balance. You'll participate in nurse consultations, patient handovers, and contribute to clinical protocols that shape the department's standards.

Equipped across four floors with full diagnostic facilities including on-site laboratory, ICU, separate cat and dog wards, and full theatre suite, the practice handles a varied caseload of emergency presentations including gastric dilatation-volvulus, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intensive post-operative monitoring, and medical in-patient care.
