Village Vet Milton is a forward-thinking, 24/7 emergency and primary care hospital, and this part-time evening receptionist role offers the chance to work front of house in a small, friendly night team. Your shifts will be Mon-Tue 6pm to 11pm, and alternate weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm to 11pm), totalling 17.5 hours per week. You'll welcome clients and their pets, manage the flow from waiting area through to payment processing, handle emergency service calls, process payments, and keep consultation and waiting areas clean throughout your shift.
This role suits someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and genuinely calm under the demands of emergency veterinary care. You'll work closely with the vet team and neighbouring branches, maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy even when things are busy.
