You'll work a full-time 42-hour week on a 4-day schedule with 1-in-4 weekend rotas and structured time back in lieu, giving you genuine work-life balance alongside clinical excellence.
Village Vet Milton combines the pace and complexity of hospital work with the continuity of first opinion practice. You'll see an incredibly varied caseload, manage intensive cases in-house, and have the opportunity to follow patients from admission to discharge. The dedicated on-site OOH team through vet24 means true continuity of care, allowing you to see cases through their full patient journey.
