Warren House Veterinary Group is part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, the largest family-owned veterinary company in the world. The practice first opened in 1982 in Rochester and has grown into a group of four small animal practices across the Medway Towns, each with 2-3 consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, prep rooms, and sterile surgical theatres. All branches offer in-house laboratory services, digital x-ray, and ultrasound facilities; endoscopy is available across the group.
The clinical team comprises 11 vets, 14 RVNs, 2 PCAs, and 2 student nurses, supported by 18 client care team members across the group. Leadership includes two Lead Vets and dedicated nurse and client care leads at each site. The practice is committed to supportive leadership, further study opportunities, and fosters a positive team culture. Lordswood practice also works closely with local Cats Protection and has achieved the Cat Friendly Clinic Silver Award.
