This is an exciting opportunity to join Lower House Equine Clinic, a progressive and supportive independent practice based in Shropshire. You'll manage a varied ambulatory and clinic-based caseload while working alongside an experienced team that genuinely enjoys collaborating. Although you'll work independently, you're never truly alone: your colleagues regularly discuss cases, share ideas, and support one another because the practice firmly believes the best outcomes come from teamwork and open communication.
You'll be responsible for building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality veterinary care across a broad spectrum of equine practice, from first-opinion work and surgery to sports horse care, charity work, and reproduction cases.
Lower House Equine Clinic is an independent equine practice opened ten years ago, now offering a diverse first-opinion caseload alongside surgery, sports horse work, charity work, and reproduction. The practice is built on a philosophy where great people can do great work, supported by a friendly and ambitious team that values teamwork, respect, and enjoyment as much as clinical excellence.
The team includes experienced clinicians with certificates, dedicated equine veterinary nurses, and supportive administrative staff. The practice has invested in modern facilities and equipment to support evidence-based medicine and continual learning.
