About the Role
This is a full-time or part-time position (3–5 days per week, flexible working considered) with absolutely no out-of-hours or bank holiday commitments. You'll be joining Maven Veterinary Care, a multi-award-winning small animal hospital in North Cheam, South London, that's been externally validated as one of the best places to work in UK veterinary medicine.
Based in a recently refurbished, single-site hospital, you'll enjoy a genuinely varied caseload—complex medical cases, surgery, and diagnostic work—supported by a team of certificate holders across medicine, surgery, and ophthalmology. With three early finishes per week (before 4pm) and 15-minute consults with protected admin time built in, you'll experience an almost perfect split between client consultations and patient care and surgeries. Located in North Cheam, you get easy access to Central London whilst enjoying green spaces and a more relaxed local pace.
Out-of-hours is managed on-site, which means deeper case involvement and continuity of care without the burden of external emergency shifts.
